Recently, director Anubhav Sinha discussed how his upcoming movie, “Bheed,” initially had its trailer shelved after it was released. A few days later, the trailer was re-released with various changes. When the trailer was first released, it sparked debate since it equated the lockdown of 2020 to the partition of India in 1947. Anubhav Sinha about his upcoming film ‘Bheed’ and its trailer, which was initially shelved after its release.

Rajkummar Rao, Bhumi Pednekar, Pankaj Kapur, Dia Mirza, Kritika Kamra, and Ashutosh Rana are among the cast members of “Bheed.” The suffering of migrant labourers in India during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020 is highlighted in the movie. Anubhav responded in an interview with news agency PTI, “Of course, these changes are clear. The adjustments indicated in the trailer are accurate; it was taken off the air for two days. Yet the filmmaker is in it for business reasons. The movie has a purity to it that I would prefer to leave alone.

A certain demographic of users on social media have also referred to Mob as a “anti-India” movie. According to rumours, Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series, which was co-producing the movie, has since separated itself from the pack. The filmmaker called Bhushan his friend and vowed that they will continue to collaborate on upcoming projects while talking about it.

Anubhav stated, “These are difficult films, both to make and to bring to you, but still, the responsibility is on us to make these films and, more importantly, you watch these films.

The movie Bheed is in black and white. Banaras Mediaworks, owned by Anubhav, is now supporting it, and a March 24 release date has been set. The director’s most recent movie, Kahi, starred Ayushmann Khurrana and did poorly at the box office.
