In light of their parents’ recent romance, Charlie, the son of Tiger Woods, and Kai, the daughter of Vanessa Trump, will participate in the same tournament.
Charlie, 16, and Kai, 17, are scheduled to participate in the Junior Invitational, which will take place in South Carolina from March 19 to March 22. The Sage Valley Golf Club in Graniteville will host the competition.
There are 24 girls and 36 boys competing in the Junior Invitational, which was established in 2011.
After 12 years of marriage, Vanessa, 47, divorced Donald Trump Jr. in 2018, and the two of them have a child together, named Kai.
Tiger, 49, and his ex-wife Elin Nordegren have a daughter, 17-year-old Sam Alexis Woods, and a son, Charlie. In 2010, the ex-couple announced their separation.
According to a source close to the Trump family, Vanessa, 47, and Tiger, 49, have been discreetly dating for a number of months, PEOPLE reported on Thursday, March 13. The revelation was initially reported by the Daily Mail.
Charlie and Kai are both bright future golfers. According to Golfweek, Kai committed to play at the University of Miami in August and will start this fall.
Tiger and Vanessa have encouraged their child’s aspirations to play golf by going to different competitions across the nation. The golf icon was seen traveling with Vanessa and Kai to Florida for The Genesis Invitational 2025 on February 16.
