Bheed: Anubhav Sinha’s first film as a director will highlight Sonu Sood’s humanitarian work (Photo courtesy-Instagram)Bhed, a new Hindi film directed by Anubhav Sinha and starring Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar, will pay tribute to the heroes of the Covid-19 outbreak who fought to restore faith in people. One such hero is the actor Sonu Sood. The actor set an example for others to follow by organizing several transportation vans for hundreds of migrants who were left stranded across the country during the statewide lockdown. The Sonu Sood Foundation’s “Ghar Bhejo” program helped 7,50,000 migrants return to their homes while also feeding 60,000 individuals.
Rajkummar Rao, who plays Sonu, expressed his appreciation for his efforts in a post on Sonu. Very excited for this one, bhai,” Sonu retorted to Rao.The actor obtained approval from several state authorities, sponsored food and travel packages for these refugees, and was on hand to say farewell to hundreds of migrants.
“Bheed,” which is entirely monochromatic, is a tale of hope. The authors sought to tell tales of heroes who helped the globe a little during such difficult times. The film was greatly inspired by Sonu’s work.
