Gauri Khan revealed her most recent photo of her family on Instagram while announcing a new coffee table book titled My Life in Design. The planned book, which Ebury Publishing will publish soon, chronicles her career as an interior designer. Exclusive pictures of the Khan family, including her husband, actor Shah Rukh Khan, and their three kids, will also be included in the coffee table book. When Gauri updated the family picture of the Khans, she wrote: “The home is made up of the family… Excited for the next coffee table book from @penguinindia. #MyLifeInDesign by #GauriKhanDesigns.” Shah Rukh and Gauri pose with Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan, and AbRam Khan in the artfully staged photograph. Suhana is the only one not entirely clad in black; the rest of them are.
“Lovely image! (heart eyes and red heart emoji)” was the comment made on the picture by her friend Neelam Kothari Soni. Shabina Khan, a former designer who is now a producer, added fire emojis to the post. The Famous Family in the Universe (love eyes, crown emoji),” an Instagram user wrote. “The strongest family in India,” said another.
The prologue to My Life in Design will be about Shahrukh. The book will include images and details of Gauri’s design approach for some of her most significant projects. Those who wish to enter this industry and learn more about design will also receive advice from interior designers.
