The start of Akshay, Sunil, and Paresh’s reunion was the biggest breaking news. With the high hopes for the movie, the producers decided to add a novel twist by hiring Sanjay Dutt. We have been hearing rumors about Dutt’s character being blind for the past few days, and now the actor has verified this.
According to ETimes, Sanjay Dutt simply answered “yes” when asked if he will be portraying a blind don in Hera Pheri 3. The source further informed BT that Dutt’s character will resemble Feroz Khan’s character from the film Welcome. “It has a significant role. Feroz Khan’s don character from Welcome added something similar (2007). Hence, a cute don like RDX from that movie will also appear “according to the source.
About Sanjay Dutt’s role in Hera Pheri 3, it has been previously stated that he will be playing Ravi Kishan’s brother. In Hera Pheri 2, Ravi belonged to the gang led by Sharat Saxena, also known as Totla Seth.
The movie will be directed by Farhad Samji and is anticipated to start production in a few months. The late Neeraj Vora then helmed Hera Pheri.
