In the Friday, March 24 release of Anubhav Sinha’s Bheed, Rajkummar Rao plays a police officer. The actor addressed the claims that he had plastic surgery to alter his appearance while promoting the true story-based movie. When questioned about such things, he denied having surgery and claimed he could only smile about it. Rajkumar Rao’s new film ‘Bheed’ is in theaters now.

The actor made his film debut in Ram Gopal Varma’s Rann (2010), where he had a minor role. He was then chosen to play the lead in Dibakar Banerjee’s Love Sex Aur Dhokha (2010). Rajkummar has previously discussed being frequently disregarded as a hero due to his appearance, height, and even build. He was once turned down because of the form of his eyebrows.

The actor was shown a Reddit comment asking “Has Rajkummar Rao undergone plastic surgery?” during an interview with Siddharth Kannan. Rajkumar answered, “No, bhaiyya, koi plastic surgery nahi hote,” in response to the question of whether he had undergone any cosmetic surgery. When asked further about how he felt about the reports, the actor responded, “It’s not muskaan at all, there. Log baat kar rahe hai, achcha hai.”

He received the National Film Award for Best Actor in 2013 for Hansal Mehta’s biography Shahid. He portrayed Shahid Azmi, a lawyer and human rights advocate who was assassinated in Bombay in 2010. He received accolades for his portrayal of a close-knit police officer in Badhaai Do last year.

The actress most recently appeared with Huma Qureshi, Radhika Apte, Sikandar Kher, and Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor in Vasan Bala’s neo-noir film Monica O My Love. Netflix made it available on November 11, 2022.

With Janhvi Kapoor, he will appear in Mr. and Mrs. Mahi from Dharma Productions, and he will play the lead role in Shree, the biopic of entrepreneur Srikanth Bolla that is set for release later this year.

Moreover, he will appear in the upcoming period drama series Guns N’ Roses, created by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK. Adarsh Gaurav and Dulquer Salmaan also appear in the Netflix series.
