A recent appearance in the comedy-drama streaming series “Pop Kaun?” included actor Kunal Khemu. According to the online movie “Kanjoos Makkichoos,” retaining variety is the key to breaking up routine and making work enjoyable. With projects like “Dhol,” “Golmaal Series,” “Go Goa Gone,” and “Abhay,” the actor is attempting to work in a variety of genres, including thrillers, dramas, murder mysteries, and comedies. His debut film, “Kalyug,” is one of these ventures.

He has dabbled with different types of humour, including situational comedy, dark comedy, family comedy, and slapstick comedy. When asked how he defied expectations, the actor replied, “When I first started, I was solely offered serious parts. Then I was offered ‘Dhol.'” After performing in “Dhol,” “99,” “Golmaal,” and even “Go Goa Gone,” 90% of the opportunities that came my way were comedic ones; curiously, “Kalank” was offered the same year as “Malang” and “Abhay.”

All of these comedy were a pleasant diversion from what I was doing, Kunal stated when discussing the aforementioned films. Being open to working in many genres will help you improve as an artist.

The actor is presently working on the post-production of his debut directorial effort, “Madgaon Express,” which will be seen in the upcoming movie “Gulkand Tales,” which will star Raj-DK from “The Family Man.”
