Kevin Spacey To Guy Pearce’s Accusation He Was “Targeted” On ‘L.A. Confidential’ Set: “Grow Up. You Are Not A Victim”
“Guy, you need to grow up. You are not a victim.”
In a video that was made public online, Kevin Spacey responded to Guy Pearce’s remarks on Spacey’s conduct on the set of L.A. In 1997, confidential.

After disclosing his Baltimore home was in foreclosure due to his lack of employment since the accusations, Spacey told Piers Morgan last year, “I can not pay the expenses that I owe.” “I am uncertain about my current residence.”
Pearce described Spacey as “a handsy guy” in 2018, although he did not go into much detail.
In his video today, Spacey apologized for not understanding that you did not enjoy spending time with him. He then questioned why Pierce did not respond sooner.
I have been through hell and back, and now, about 28 years later, you are on a mission to do what? Well, just in time to stop the villain. Is that what is happening? Why did it take you so long?”
“I am here to have a talk any time, anyplace,” the Oscar winner went on. If you would want, we can even do it live on X. I have nothing to conceal.
But according to Pearce, he did speak up at the moment.
“I addressed and handled the situation when it took place, hence my regret at making it public now,” he said.
Pearce added that at first, the alleged behavior was minimized.
“‘Ah, that’s nothing. Ah, no, that’s nothing,’” he said he told himself. “I did that for five months, and really I was sort of scared of Kevin because he’s quite an aggressive man. He’s extremely charming and brilliant at what he does — really impressive, etc. He holds a room remarkably. But I was young and susceptible, and he targeted me, no question.”
Pearce stated, “I very much understand [now] that it is too important an issue to be brushed off,” which explains why he has been discussing it ever since.
Additionally, he claimed that Spacey was very attracted to his co-star Simon Baker, who portrayed a dashing but unsophisticated young actor who was open to having sex with a male D.A. in order to advance.
“On days when [Simon Baker] is on set, I feel comfortable because I am dumped like a hot potato, and [Kevin] prioritizes [Simon] since he was ten times more attractive than I am,” Pearce remarked.
