Actress Jaya Bachchan recently attended the dinner for Samajwadi Party politician Fahad Ahmed and actress Swara Bhaskar. Jaya and TMC leader Derek O’Brien may be seen walking down the stairs in a video that appeared online. Shashi Tharoor, the head of the Congress, was also on the line. Shashi Tharoor and Jaya shook hands after each other. They had a quick talk together as well. Jaya dressed appropriately for the event in a white suit, yellow salwar, and matching dupatta. The actor sported a mask and heels as well.
In another part of the video, Swara Bhaskar’s mother Ira Bhaskar was with Jaya. He was heard giggling as he walked alongside Derek and Ira. Jaya stated: “Alright (ok). Thank you so much “as she went out.
Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress, attended Swara and Fahad’s wedding celebration, which was held in Delhi. Rahul posed for the paparazzi in a video that was posted online while standing with Swara, Fahadh, and other family members. He was spotted conversing with Ira as well. Fahad wore a cream sherwani and white pajamas, and Swara had a pink and gold lehenga.
On Friday, Swara uploaded a number of photos from her reception to Instagram, some of which included Fahadh. The two grinned for the camera and made various faces that were captured on camera. A picture shows Swara grinning after Fahad kisses her. “Presenting Mr. and Mrs. #SwaadAnusaar,” Swara wrote beside the images when she shared them.
Swara announced her engagement on Twitter on February 17 along with images of her and Fahadh signing the marriage license. She had penned, “Salutations to the #SpecialMarriageAct, which at least exists and offers love a chance (notice period, etc.). @FahadZirarAhmad: The right to love, the right to pick your life partner, the right to marry, and the right to agency shouldn’t be privileges.”
The last time we saw Swara was in the comedy Jahaan Chaar Yaar (2022). Meher Vij, Pooja Chopra, and Shikha Talsania also starred in the movie. The next movie starring Swara will be Mrs. Falani.
Jaya will next be seen with Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, Alia Bhatt, and Ranveer Singh in the love drama Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The movie, which is being directed by Karan Johar, will be released in theaters this July.
