“Many people would assume that after a career of more than seven years, it is time to move on, but this is not the case. For the time being, I’m attempting to balance the stage and the screen. I’m making plans, but first I need to solidify my foundation. I want to give it a little thought before moving forward with my acting career. Dewan says, “I have been performing theatre since I was eight years old. After working in theatre, I delved into filmmaking. Since I completed my postgraduate work at the National School of Drama, here is where I was able to demonstrate my passion for the performing arts. With the British independent film Written in Ashes, I got my big break. Prior to joining actor Manav Kaul in Mumbai as an assistant director for a play, more work was done. Then more movies and OTT projects appeared.

He expressed his preference for working with an ensemble cast by saying, “I like this kind of setup. You are well aware that with group projects, the plot can only come to life as a wonderful movie with everyone’s assistance. Thus, ego conflicts are not possible. Working together with a talented group of artists encourages your greatest qualities to emerge.
