Only on certain days will Keke Palmer choose to wear a see-through outfit.
The Nope star revealed the one guideline she abides by when it comes to nipple liberation, saying she will only embrace the fashion trend when the time is appropriate.
Keke said to E, “Free the nips, I have done it before!” Erin Lim Rhodes of News the Rundown during her red carpet appearance at the 2025 Fashion Trust U.S. Awards on April 8. “I do not know; stepping back into that bag again must be the right vibe.”
And a semi-sheer ‘fit isn’t the only trend the Nickelodeon alum would revisit if the stars aligned. Keke also shared that she’s a big fan of styling her hair with the micro bang look.

Of course, that’s not to say the 31-year-old is open to donning any style that’s taking over the internet. For Keke, it’s all about picking the fashion moments that work for her.
“There’s a lot of trends I won’t do,” she explained. “I do like the trend thing, but it’s not for everybody.”
After all, the One of Them Days actress credits her success in the entertainment industry with her ability to not take any aspect of her job too seriously.
“I’m just having fun and it’s always good when people are having fun with you,” Keke shared. “I’ve been doing this for so many years, and it still brings me joy.”
Keke also mentioned that she has a few fashion icons she can rely on to inspire her when she is feeling uninspired.
She said, “I would love to go through Naomi Campbell’s [closet].” “Those are my top three, of course, because Rihanna is, of course, and Sarah Jessica Parker is, of course.”
