One of the most well-known and successful playback singers for Hindi and Kannada movies is Sonu Nigam. For his contributions to the arts, he has won numerous honors and medals, including the Padma Shri. A disturbing news that his father was robbed by his former driver has now surfaced.
According to the most recent sources, the police have detained a former driver who worked for Bollywood artist Agam Kumar’s father for stealing. On Wednesday, he received Rs 72 lakh from his Andheri apartment on the seventh floor. To learn more, scroll down.
According to The Times of India, the accused Rahman, also known as Ramzan Mujjawar, was detained and transported for questioning from his house in Jogeshwari. The police were informed by Mujjawar that he had been planning the burglary at Sonu Nigam’s home ever since he was fired eight months prior. For the refurbishment work, this money was to be paid to an interior designer.
After questioning Mujjawar, the police found that the Friday night stolen goods from his house in Kolhapur totaled Rs 70.7 lakh. The loot was found at his Kolhapur apartment, according to DCP Anil Paraskar. He entered the apartment with a spare key and fled with the money.
Sonu Nigam’s sister Nikita (33), according to Senior Inspector Rajni Salunke, was the one who filed the complaint. Nikita stated in her complaint, “My father found 40 lakh rupees Missing from the locker,” despite her refusal to provide more information. There were no indications that the house had been broken into.
Fans flocked to take photographs during a concert in Mumbai last night, and the singer was allegedly assaulted and one of his bandmates was allegedly pushed from the stage as a result. When the Bollywood playback singer left the stage following his live performance in Chembur at 11 p.m., the event occurred.
Sonu Nigam’s assistant received first assistance at the hospital for minor injuries and was later released.
