Diane Keaton has ended her dating career.
It is “very doubtful” that the 77-year-old actress, who has never been married, will ever be in another relationship, she said.
In a conversation with the AARP Magazine, Keaton stated, “I don’t date. “Nobody ever called me and said, “It’s so-and-so, I want to take you out.” Not at all. In no way.”
In actuality, Keaton has always embraced being single in his fifties, adopting son Duke, 22, and daughter Dexter, 27.
Keaton enthused about his children, saying, “They’re fantastic.” They’re doing fine.
But now that her children have left home, Keaton has a new love interest: a dog by the name of Reggie.
She said, “Dogs are irresistible. They are simply stupid. Reggie is both an enormous jerk and amusing.

Keaton joked that her loved ones probably thought she was “too odd” when she revealed to Xtra in January that it had been 15 years since her last romantic relationship.
Three years prior, she expressed the same view, telling People that she was unmarryable.
She said, “I think I’m odd.” “I was considering this today. I feel like the first lady of my generation and possibly the only woman before me who has spent her entire life alone. I’m 73 years old.
He went added, “[I’m not depressed] because I believe I needed a stronger maternal component. I don’t think getting married would have been a good decision for me, and I’m extremely pleased I didn’t. I’m sure they agree.”
The actress has dated some of Hollywood’s biggest actors, including Woody Allen, Warren Beatty, and Al Pacino, despite her recent lack of success.
