Beta Cinema starts the first significant pre-sale for the future. Emmy winner Jessica Hobbs (Crown), who adapted the novel by Benjamin Myers for the screen, will helm a historical drama starring Helena Bonham Carter.

The independent distributors Curzon, CineArt, and Madman bought all of the film’s rights in the UK/Ireland, Benelux, and Australia/New Zealand in an uncommon move.
