Ananya Panday hasn’t gotten over her father, actor Chunky Panday, immortalizing the “Aakhri Pasta (final pasta)” in the Housefull movies. Ananya stated that a photo she posted on Instagram showing her father preparing pasta on a piece of paper had been framed and hung on the wall.
Chunky Panday’s drawing is being held by Ananya Panday.
Ananya Panday, who is very active on social media, shared an ad in which she purchased her father’s photograph of the “Pehla Pasta” (first pasta). She posted some images of Chunky making pasta on some paper. In one of the images, Chunky could be seen focusing on the bowl of spaghetti that was set in front of him in order to accurately reproduce it on paper.
Another image provided a glimpse of the image that was framed and hung on a wall. Chunky also proudly pointed at his own creation. “Dad just tried his hand at drawing – it’s called ‘The #FirstPastaArt’ (pasta emoticon) and of course, I’m his first buyer for real I’m a polymath!” Ananya wrote alongside these photos on social media.
In honor of his persona in the Housefull movies, Chunky Pandey made the phrase “Aakhri Pasta” ubiquitous. Chunky previously stated in an interview with Bollywood Hungama, “The secret to Aakhri Pasta was that Sajid Khan had to play the part in Housefull 1 by himself. Sajid was instructed to act in the movie by everyone, so when he saw me at the party, he said to me, “Chunky, I’ve got this role, they want me to play it in a film, but I can’t direct and act, can you?” Indeed, I replied. Hence, the final pasta was created.”
In Student of the Year 2, Ananya made her Bollywood debut alongside Tara Sutaria and Tiger Shroff. Ananya appeared in movies like Pati Patni Aur Woh, Khaali Peeli, and Gehaniyaan after Student Of The Year 2. She last appeared with Vijay Deverakonda in Liger. She will next be featured in Kho Gaye Hum Kahan Mein, starring opposite Ayushmann Khurrana and Siddhant Chaturvedi, and in the comedy Dream Girl 2.
