Elon Musk, the CEO of Twitter, responded to Celina Jaitley’s post by expressing his support for Amitabh Bachchan and claiming that the actor had paid for the blue tick on his Twitter account. Blue tick verification for accounts with more than 1 million followers was just reinstated by Twitter. Afterwards, Amitabh Bachchan questioned why he paid the membership even though he had 48.4 million fans.

On Monday, Celina Jaitley reposted a quote from Amitabh’s tweet and added the following: “Greetings, Mr. Elon Musk With all due respect, as a fan, I would like to politely bring to your attention the fact that a world figure like the venerable Mr. @SrBachchan has amassed unheard-of credibility on your platform Twitter. He and other incredible icons helped to shape Twitter into what it is today.

Towards the end of Sunday night, Amitabh tweeted, “Biraj mein maare gaye Gulfam; aarey mare gaye Gulfam. Hey Twitter, you have a thousand names: aunt, aunt, sister, tai, bua. Fill up the cash for our Neel Kamal Khatir. Then say. “Hey jakar 1 million followers free ma neel kamal. Hummer is now 48.4 metres tall. Game over, cash ingested? Now tell us what benefits somebody with more than a million followers is entitled to. What should I do now that I have 48.4 million? I already made a payment.”
Amitabh tweeted a link last week after the blue tick vanished from his account. Amitabh penned: “T4623 – Hello, Twitter friend! Do you hear me?
