“The accusation of aiding suicide has been dropped. But how did my kid pass away? The High Court will be contacted regarding this murder case. Rabia has been battling the case for years, claiming that her daughter was killed and denying the prosecution’s allegation that it was a case of suicide.

Judge AS Sayyed of the special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court stated on Friday that there was not enough evidence to condemn Sooraj. When the verdict was announced, Sooraj, the son of the on-screen couple Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab, was in the courtroom with his mother. In this instance, Suraj was detained in June 2013 and freed on bond in July 2013.

He claimed in that statement that Jia was the most significant person in his life and the woman he had truly loved, and that he was devastated to learn of her passing.

The court had stated in September of last year that Rabia was attempting to stall the decision in the case by attempting to characterize Jiah’s death as a murder. “The petitioner’s (Rabia Khan) constant demand that the victim’s (Jiah Khan) death in this instance was murder and not suicide, for the court to verify, is a clear indicator of delay in the trial,” the court stated. The court stated that their strategy looks to be a violation of the rule of law. “This petitioner’s actions contribute to unreasonably postponing and delaying the trial that is currently taking place in the trial court. Prior to the conclusion of the trial, it appears that the petitioner wants this court to issue a ruling in his favor that the victim’s death was caused by suicide rather than another cause “said the judges.
