The Kalkot cop will be portrayed by the actor who is best known for playing antagonistic roles. The actor discussed the stress of marriage in a recent interview.
Vijay and Tamanna’s Relationship
Vijay recently discussed his relationship with Tamannaah Bhatia in public. He continued, “I’m not just happy, I’m madly in love with her.” In Lust Stories 2, they first appeared together on screen. She appeared in the Netflix anthology’s short film Sex with the Ex by Sujoy Ghosh.
Vijay Is Facing the Pressure of Marriage
In a recent interview with DNA, Vijay discussed the stress of marriage. “I am a Marwari,” he declared. In our community, 16 is the traditional age for boys to get married. Therefore, it all began with me very young and ended very quickly because I was past the legal age of marriage (laughs). In addition, I had already started acting, so that was another reason.
The actor went on to describe how his mother used to put pressure on him about it. “My mom continues to query me. She still asks me on every call, but I am able to avoid it because my life is going well,” he said.
Vijay’s Post on Mother’s Day
Vijay shared his mother’s response to his ads in the Hindustan Times, which referred to him as “India’s #1 Bachelor,” a few months ago on Mother’s Day. In the picture, Vijay’s mother is pointing at the newspaper while holding her hands in front of her. It says in the article, “Bride wanted.” It stars Vijay as Anand Swarnakar, a serial killer and professor of Hindi literature, who is portrayed by the actor who played him in Roar.
On the sets of Lust Stories 2, which was released last month, Vijay and Tamannaah became friends. Four short stories are collected in this anthology, which was helmed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, Konkona Sen Sharma, R Balki, and Sujoy Ghosh.
His upcoming film, Kaalkoot, which also stars Shweta Tripathi, will feature him. He portrays a cop looking into an acid attack case. On July 27, this series will be made available on JioCinema.
