Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has notified the Bombay High Court that if he is permitted to visit both of his children, he will rescind his petition for habeas corpus. Pradeep Thorat, the actor’s attorney, has provided clarification. Aaliya Siddiqui, the actor’s ex-wife, claimed in a video that her mother-in-law had kicked her and their two kids out of the house and that they now have nowhere to go. Afterwards, Nawaz broke his silence and said that Aaliya “simply wanted more money” in a statement.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui has said that he wants to withdraw his habeas corpus petition on one condition.

Nawazuddin stated in a statement earlier this month on his Instagram account, “I am constantly referred to as a horrible man because of my silence. my little infant. A lot of people are genuinely enjoying character assassinating me on social media, in the press, and other venues because of a skewed and edited film. Alia replied in an open letter, calling the actor a “irresponsible father” and saying, “You tried everything imaginable to arrest me and show me your power, but could not succeed.”

He was anxious about his kids who were absent from their school in Dubai, according to a report in India Today by counsel Pradeep Thorat, who is representing the actor. “A habeas corpus was sought for that purpose. I am conscious of the modest relief she may obtain through this petition. She hasn’t actually seen her kids. She only has this small concern. The petition is then withdrawn by me. I will.” Shikhar Khandelwal, an attorney who is defending Alia, stated in the meantime: “My client is prepared to resolve the conflict. So how is it possible that she doesn’t know where they are while she is staying with the kids at the actor’s mother’s house?”

Pradeep Thorat added that Alia had applied to the Bombay High Court to have a FIR against her dismissed. The FIR had been filed by the actor’s family. The most recent hearing on his plea was on March 14, and the next one is scheduled on March 27. The meeting of the parties will take place on March 27 during the next hearing date in the judges’ chamber. Then we can continue with this issue.

Aaliya initially accused Nawazuddin of harassing her at his Mumbai home in January, which sparked their disagreement. A property dispute led to a complaint being made against the actor by his mother. Shora and Yani are Alia and Nawazuddin’s two children.
