Pradeep Sarkar passed away at the age of 67.
Manoj Bajpayee, an actor, shared Hansal’s tweet and added, “Oh! This really shocks me! Dada, rest in peace! (Hands folded emoji).”
With Parineeta, Pradeep made his filmmaking debut in 2005. He also produced Mardaani (2014), Helicopter Eela, Laaga Chunari Mein Daag (2007), Lafangey Parindey (2010), and (2018).
Other online series, including Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala (2019), Arranged Marriage and Forbidden Love (2020), and Duranga, were also directed by him (2022).
