Zeenat Aman, a seasoned actress who has received appreciation for posting her most recent anecdotes on Instagram, has now written the second installment of her ode to actor Dev Anand. Zeenat reflected on the experience of filming in Nepal for Ishq Ishq Ishq in her most recent post, in which she also shared an old photo of herself with Dev Saab. She noted that Dev Sahab never agreed to the contract subject to any further requirements, despite the fact that she had been in multiple films with him.

Dev Anand received an old photo from Zeenat Aman.

Zeenat described Dev Anand as her “starmaker” in her earlier piece and revealed how, when her family planned to leave India, she was cast in Hare Rama Hare Krishna. In the latest post, Zeenat shared a photo of herself and Dev Saab taken on the Ishq Ishq Ishq set and commented on how’stylish’ it appeared. She can be seen in the photo standing next to Dev Anand in front of the snow-capped mountains in Pokhara, Nepal.

Zeenat described the process of filming her follow-up to Hare Rama Hare Krishna, saying, “Dev Baba and I had an age disparity of approximately 30 years. He still didn’t think of me as the romantic lead despite the fact that I had played his sister in HRHK. Instead, he gave me the character of Panna, Rakhi’s sister, in the 1973 film Heera Panna. I had a great time filming the movie, and I still love the soundtrack to this day.

“Dev Saab was an inspiring teacher. Ishq Ishq Ishq was planned as our association continued. I was in Nepal once more, but this time we were filming in the charming city of lakes known as Pokhara.

“Those of you who have seen the movie are aware that I have a lot of beautiful women who I consider to be my sisters and friends. They were actually like that because Dev Sahab inquired whether I had any before the shoot The project welcomes “model buddies” to participate. It was a big party in Pokhara because I kept my promise and lots of friends came to the rescue. It shouldn’t be surprising that there was a lot of joy and heartache behind the scenes with a youthful, attractive cast and crew. But please don’t expect me to spill any juicy details! Do you want everyone to know about your crushes, insults, and affairs?

Zeenat continued by stating that even though a contract might have easily tied her down, Dev Anand never brought up the idea and wished for her to have “a opportunity to expand my wings.” Additionally, he made a suggestion that they had developed a misunderstanding before adding, “Anyway, Dev Sahab was on a roll. He was easy to work with and enjoyable. He was a creative inspiration, and I relished having his direction. Glad. Although it would have been simple for him to lock me into a contract, he was gracious enough to never even bring it up. allowing me the opportunity to grow. We co-starred in a number of movies by different directors, including Darling, Darling, and Acrobat.

“My business was blossoming, and I was receiving a ton of new opportunities, but regrettably, one of them led to the first and only miscommunication between Dev Sahib and myself. (I’ll try to finish this tale tomorrow or the following day. Hey, check out this image from the Ishq Ishq Ishq sets; it’s really fashionable, if I may say so myself!).

Zeenat Aman and Dev Anand co-starred in his fourth film, Ishq Ishq Ishq. The 1974 movie also featured Shabana Azmi and Kabir Bedi in significant roles.
