After Pamela Chopra passed away on Thursday morning, actor Amitabh Bachchan and his family pay a visit to her at her house in Mumbai.
Pamela was the cherished and admired spouse of the late Bollywood director Yash Chopra.
In Aditya Chopra’s home, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan, and Rani Mukherjee were spotted.
Amitabh came and left in the same car with his son Abhishek Bachchan and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai. Amitabh was accompanied by Aditya’s wife, actor Rani Mukerji, as she waved him off to his car at the front door of the residence. In movies like Black, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna, and many more, Rani and Amitabh collaborated. In the films Yuva, Bas Itna Sa Khwaab Hai, Laaga Chunari Mein Daag, and Bunty Aur Babli, which also starred Amitabh, Abhishek and Rani collaborated. In the movie, Aishwarya got a special song.
Amitabh has appeared in a number of YRF movies, most notably Kabhi Kabhie, which Pamela wrote.
After being hospitalized to Lilavati Hospital with pneumonia, Pamela Chopra passed away there. His son, the director Aditya Chopra, and the performer Uday Chopra are his only heirs.
According to Prahlad Prabhudesai, “He died this morning as a result of pneumonia and ARDS (Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome). For 15 days, he was admitted to the ICU.
The final rituals were performed at 11 am, according to a statement from Yash Raj Films.
