Will be Jack Black.
Black discusses his plans for the 20th anniversary of School of Rock’s recent reunion while promoting The Super Mario Bros. Movie tonight. He did not, however, say whether the reunion will be a special, a film, or just a get-together.
Black remarked, “Dig it, all those kids, they were 10 when we produced that movie and now they’re all like 30.” We’re coming together to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We love to jam. I’m excited to see everyone at School of Rock in person.
Later this year, Black pledged to post pictures and videos of any reunions on social media.
Rock school year 2003 In the movie, Black’s character, Dewey Finn, challenges a scruffy bunch of fifth-graders wearing one costume to a neighborhood battle of the bands. Despite having an estimated $35 million production budget, the movie made over $130 million worldwide.

Also, earlier meetings have been discussed. For the 10th anniversary screening, the cast is back together amid anticipation for School of Rock 2. After the movie’s release in 2016, a Broadway production and a 45-episode Nickelodeon sitcom based on it were both produced.
Kevin Clark, who played the teenage drummer in the production, passed away in 2021 after being struck by a car while bicycling.
