The Eid release of Salman Khan’s Sikandar failed to make an impression on viewers. Both the crowd and critics had negative things to say about the movie. Emraan Hashmi, Khan’s Tiger 3 co-star, has publicly supported him throughout this time.
He said in an interview that Salman Khan is a fantastic performer and that he will recover quickly. In response to the question of whether he has gotten in touch with Salman after Sikandar’s release, Emraan said, “I have not spoken to him for a while. But I think he will bounce back. He is very smart.”
They know too much, they have seen too much in the industry, and sometimes this is out of your control,” Hashmi added. “He has been around for so many decades, there are ups and downs in everything. Ten years ago, people were saying the same thing about Shah Rukh Khan, and he rebounded back.”

Even when things are going well, the Ground Zero actor went on to say that nothing is under control. “I think he has seen a lot of life and the industry — he has so much experience. He is a great actor, he is got fantastic presence and great charisma. I think he will bounce back soon.” “When things go right, you can not quantify that either. It is not in your control. It is not like he is not doing films to the best of his abilities. Sometimes things just do not work. A film does not always turn out the way you imagined it would.” Emraan Hashmi played the antagonist in Salman Khan’s Tiger 3. His upcoming film is Ground Zero, directed by Tejas Deoskar.
In the meantime, Sikandar received a 2.5 out of 5 rating from Filmfare, which stated: “In the end, the film lacks a compelling narrative arc and offers a rather underwhelming experience. For all its flashy action and bombastic spectacle, Sikandar feels like a missed opportunity – a film where style far outweighs substance. If you are looking for an intelligent thriller, get ready for disappointment, but if you came for Salman Khan’s swagger and his larger-than-life charisma, well, you will get exactly that.”
