Pakistani actress Ayesha Omar has responded to Justin and Hailey’s “misinformed” remarks about fasting and fired back via her Instagram story, requesting her fans to send in reading and viewing material on the subject of Where is it and how is it healthy for the body. For those of you who don’t know, Justin and Hailey’s remarks regarding fasting for Ramadan were shared on the Instagram page Hijab Modern. I definitely have to think about this, the Canadian singer admitted. I haven’t really done this before… To think clearly, in my opinion, our bodies need nutrients. Adding to it, the Victoria’s Secret model stated, “Fasting from food…it truly works, but if you want to turn off the TV, switch off your phone, I think I’m more of a believer in that.” It never mattered to me if you were fasting from sugar or sweets. She said, “We’re absolutely like, yep, that’s why you’re an idiot,” to end the conversation.
For obvious reasons, Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber’s remarks about fasting weren’t warmly received by fans and famous people all around the world. Pakistani Ayesha Umar responded by posting a daring story on her Instagram.
According to Ayesha Omar’s Instagram account, “World’s leading scientists and doctors are now increasingly emphasising the many physical health benefits of fasting and time-restricted eating, including curing diseases and slowing down the aging process.” It involves dosing and cell regeneration. It’s okay if they are still unaware. They ought to educate someone and provide them some reading or viewing material, in my opinion, rather than embarrass them.
