At the Filmfare Awards, held in Mumbai on Thursday, Alia Bhatt and Rajkumar Rao took home significant prizes. Alia received the Best Actor honor for her performance in Gangubai Kathiawadi, which also took home the Best Film and Best Director prizes. In the movie Badhaai Do, which also starred Bhumi Pednekar, Rajkummar was named the Best Actor. She and Tabu were co-winners of the Best Actress (Critics) honor for the movie, which Tabu received for her dual performance in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Salman Khan, Maniesh Paul, and Ayushmann Khurrana served as the ceremony’s hosts.
